You are quite right. PGR3 has that track which combined the new and old. I have played it so many time that I think I know that entire track by heart.

On the video, i looks like he goes round the normal one first, and at the last corner he goes onto the Nordschleife and then comes back that way.

Don't remember why they now do the short one, but it would be cool to see a race on the old layout.

Expense and safety were the two things I thought of. But it would still be cool to see it happen :).

Anyway, anyone want to tell me what 21 kms is in miles? That was always  something I stunk at in school.

I made a mistake!!!!!

Basically, it is for security reasons. There was a accident quite a few years back and the abulance took for ever before getting to the scene of the crash with a fatal outcome for the driver, as I realled.
