When Lewis was going all over the place with his "slicks" Kimi was four seconds a lap faster than him with the same tires.
Lewis was the slowest on the track and Kimi was setting fast laps.....why?

Because his tyres were falling to pieces? You're pretty much suggesting that Hamilton was the worst driver on the track, because everybody was setting faster laps than him during that period of disaster. No amount of bad driving makes the car wobble from side to side on a straight.
1. we all know kimi is better than lewis, it just took kimi a while to settle at ferrari while lewis has been with mclaren for about ten years now so knows all the team and how everything develops
2. we all know the the ferrari are knider on tyres than the rest of the field, turkey is the main example as they were the only team to use soft tyres for two stints
They were lapping in the 1min 55's 20 seconds or so off the dry pace. Their tyres were shot, but ultimately the Ferrari and Kimi were kinder to the tyres and the McLaren and boywonder was not, leading them to be utterly screwed making him run wide in the pit lane at about 80kph and beach himself in a gravel trap.KimisApprentice
I'm aware of that. Hamilton didn't conserve his tyres as well as Raikkonen did. What I don't agree with is the argument that Hamilton had exactly the same task in hand when they were both setting slow laps. At the point when Hamilton was overtaken, his tyres were in a worse condition than Raikkonen's. They were not the same tyres at that point. You could even see a thick white stripe forming on both rear tyres. This doesn't prove anything as the topic creator suggests; we already know Kimi is a better driver, but this isn't the proof of that.
