Brawn should absolutely get behind Jenson in his push for the championship (if they haven't already, and I'm fairly certain they have). Rubens has been outclassed all season and it's only logical that from this point onwards he plays the supporting role.
The Red Bulls are a different matter. Webber and Vettel have basically matched each other all season. Unless there comes a time when one of their drivers is no longer a mathematical chance for the title, I'd just let them race. I'm fairly certain that this is what Horner will do. Interesting question, would Vettel be prepared to play a supporting role should Webber get far enough of him? I think he would, but it would be fascinating to see how he'd react to this situation, being the golden boy of F1 (along with LH).
As for any team at this point in time, well it really depends on their situation. I can understand why Rubens played second fiddle to Schumacher the whole time he was at Ferrari, as he was always so far behind. Likewise Heikki with Lewis last year. McLaren of 2007, a different story altogether.
