 Hi.

The best F1 games for the Amiga are: Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix and the Virtual Grand Prix.

The best Dreamcast F1 games are: F1 Racing Championship and F1 World Grand Prix.

The best GameCube F1 game is: F1 Career Challenge.

The great games over PC are: Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix series and F1 Racing Championship. There is Virtual Grand Prix 2 too.

The two great F1 games for PS2 are: F1 Racing Championship and Grand Prix Challenge.

The best Xbox F1 game is: F1 Career Challenge.

For me the best of the best are: F1 Racing Championship (DreamCast), Grand Prix Challenge (PS2), F1 Racing Championship (PS2) and Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix 3/4 (PC). But for me the ultimate F1 sim is the F1 Racing Championship (DreamCast) this game is so real that you can have this race problems: water leak, electronic problems, gear box problems, oil problems, brake problems, etc... Tyre problems that can be from tyre puncture to full tyre explosion. At crash your car can smash to a point at engine and cockpit can go differente ways. Real-time rear mirrors, lots of graphic special effects, radio messages, real time weather, etc... There are more, its just a impresive piece of software.

Anyone has an opposite opinion or other fav game?

I've played a number of F1 games!

PSone: F1 Championship Season 2000 (EA Sports) ---> Awesome game! One of my favourits!

PS2:
F1 Career Challenge ---> Probably the worst F1 game I've ever played; it has too many flaws.
F1 2004 ---> Good, but felt more arcade than Simulation. (It even had an aracde mode!)
F1 2005 ---> The best F1 game on console (IMO), but it is rather easy and has a few technical problems.

PC:
F1 2000 ---> Very Good game!
F1 2002 ---> Another very good game!
F1 Challenge 99-02 ---> The ultimate F1 game, especially with the new patches like the 2005 mod!

For me, F1 Challenge 99-00 (PC) is the best F1 game ever made. It has very realistic gameplay, realistic physics, awesome graphics, accurate sound, and the new mods extend its life! :)

Formula One (PS)[1996] , this game hits you right in the face.
Formula 1 '97 (PS)[1997], the follow-up to the game above and even better.
F1 Challange '99 - '02 (PC)[2003], a very good game indeed even though EA sucks imo.
Grand Prix 4 (PC)[2002], also a real value for money.

Since Dreamcast users are rare this days i will not ask about the F1 Racing Championship Dreamcast version. From what i can see over F1PU there are lots of PS2 users so i ask: About the F1 Racing Championship (PS2) did anyone played this game? And Grand Prix Challenge (PS2) did anyone played this game? Any comments about this two PS2 games?

Iam not talking about F1 World Grand Prix and F1 World Grand Prix 2 for Dreamcast. Iam talking about F1 Racing Championship which is a complete differente game. If you live in the USA you may not know this game since it was only release over Europe.
