i was only disappointed in that he didn't take de la rosa out with him.. that would have prevented the scuffle between dlr and schumacher that caused him to not finish :)

Yes he would, he was the fastest. He would have even won if Alonso had not retired, because after both had pitted he was about 10 seconds ahead.

Did you watch the race mate? Shumacher was a "Loose Cannon" he was on Inters while the race trak was virtually bone dry, and instead of letting Pedro & Heidfeld through and finishing in a respectable 4th place and closing the gap to Alonso, His gut instincts kicked in and he tried to defend his place, It wasn't his "moment" with De La Rosa that put Shumi out, it was the incident with Heidfeld, when Michael clipped the left front wheel of the Sauber ;)

yeah.. my bad.. it was heidfeld... crappy speed channel coverage clipped the incident with heidfeld with a commercial.... i dont blame schumi for trying to maintain position while on slower tires but once it was clear he was beaten ( cutting cicanes ) he should have just surrendered the positions and taken his 5 points.... especially since alonso was out.. i guess he was over zealous in trying to bite as much as possible into fa's lead..

Well actually nobody saw the fital part of it, the contact between them, because the tv-director prefered to see the parked Toyota of Trulli. But we on the internet have youtube and there you can see the incident between Schumacher and Heidfeld, I posted the vid in the Hungarian GP topic.

I was very disapointed when Kimi crashed. :(
Looks like it was an oversteering problem or just a driving mistake.

Yet, I think that Kimi would have won the race if he didn't crash.

im sure kimi dosent give a toss if hes 3rd in the championship or last, it only matters if hes 1st. he has that "all or nothin" attitude which i love about him. look at nurburgring last year. he could of easily pitted and got 3rd, but he did what a true racer would of done and went for the win.

Kimi's crash was a shame because McLaren seems to be getting better making the races more interesting to watch. Lets wait for Turkey!

IMO Kimi just messed up. He didn't show patience and wound up running over another car. Don't blame Speed Channel for the commercials and lack of coverage with Michael and Heidfeld. They were getting pictures from ITV from what Bob Varsha was saying.
