I think he means do you prefer the US covers or the European covers. In Europe every cover is just the games logo on a white background, I assume in the US it's something different.

Yeah, I love the minimalist style. They definitely look noice and orderly when stacked together, and they also make a change from most other cases that simply show the main character holding a machine gun.
They should take some lesons from the Japanese, as they really care about the presentation of the game and some of the artwork can be worthy of a purchase alone.
