Kuja FTW. Kuja's badassity is only rivaled by sephiroth. If the final comes down to those two..idk who i'm going to pick but Kuja is definately the best villian out of these two. this is my first vote in this whole tourney because i didn't know about it but this is really cool. sorry i missed the first 1000 matches.
Kefka is overrated. He is bloodthirsty only because he is crazy. If he's not one crazy clown, I can't think of what will be left for his personality. Kuja gets my vote.

Ladies and gentlemen come on now. Kuja in FFIX was as extreme as a villian can get. On top of all that Kefka was just a hell bent lunatic dressed as a clown...wth is that...kuja was a mastermind. Plus you know he's at the top of the list because after FFVII came out and sephiroth became to best villian ever they followed up with ultimecia...the worst in the series...They followed FFIX up with sin? probably the stupidest villian ever except for the fact that it was tidus' dad..but his dad had almost no control over sin so it didn't even really matter. Therefore, Kuja was basically the combination of FFVIII, IX, and X villians, making him nearly 3X the villian we get out of Kefka.
