You need to find the master blacksmith, she appears in random places around the world each time you master a job
I cant remember if you need to have posted mail wifi people to unlock her though, but if not, you can just find her in a random place, I would look for a list of places she could be if I were you.

Master Smith and Ultima WeaponSend 4 mails to Sara. She'll ask you to fix her pendant. Go to Takka, he'll say he can't do it. Then send 4 or 5 mails to Takka, he'll mention something about a Legendary Smith. Once he mentions about the smith, go to Saronia. You'll find the smith in NW Saronia. She has a silver hair.
After you fixed Sara's pendant (she'll ask you to find Orichalcum), start sending mails to Cid. On his 4th reply, he'll say something's in his basement. Go to his house and beat the monster(Aeon). It'll drop something, which turns out to be Orichalcum.
For the next step, you have to open the door to Eureka first. Once you've done that, go to Falgabard. You'll find the Smith there. Talk to her and she'll give you Ultima Weapon in exchange for Orichalcum.
You may need to send mails to OTHER players in order to get replies from the NPCs.Â
After all this she appears in random places around the world, so just seek her out for the other weapons.Â
One more question however........i've sent one letter to all the people and i wont let me send another how do i send another???? :S

In between each post to CPUs, for some reason you must send mail to another player, over wifi or wireless so that you will recieve messages from NPCs, this can be annoying but if you go to the FF3 board and try to get someone to help you do this, you could get it pretty quickly.
Another annoying thing, u have to both go on to Wifi at the same time, to add each other as friends so you can send messages to each other. Yes can be annoying if you both live in two different time zones, although u only have to do this once
