I think card games and other side quests that contribute to your in-game advancement

the worst one is the safe you have to unlock to get vincent. HEY GIVE 20 FREAKIN SECONDS TO PUNCH IN NUMBERS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE FREAKIN DIAL:evil:  lilkamikaze

Boy did I hate that!! It must have taken me at least 10 tries. I felt like a moron!!!!

I remember one in FF8... But I'm not sure if it will result to GO... I think not..

With regard to FF9... I don't remember a thing.

FFVIII had that limited time in Odin's area, I think.

FFIX... maybe that monster hunt thing in Lindblum.

Oh yeah, but the on ein Limdlum will not result into GameOver. Yeah. Many Odin battle sin the past FFs requires you to beat him in, iirc, 1or 3 minutes.
