I STILL HAVE'nt beaten ruby weapon. its the hardest. then ozma bcus he gets u with bad breath. the easiest boss is omega(ff10) unless u try to beat him in the arena.

Use Hades on Ruby for an advantage, and go into the battle with two of your characters KO'd so he doesn't sweep them away.
I have no tips for Ozma. Just be strong. Very strong :)

 but the rest were easy. Once you know there pattern, you can formulate a strategy.

but thats optional theres also the Areana ones in FFX,
but the single boss you have to fight to advance story line Evare Elantra the flying worm that protects beville some reason i just always found that thing hard.

Honestly, I found him the eaiest boss of all time. I killed his first form in 2 hits. Then killed the second form in 3. All thanks to Rikku and her Godhand XP.
Hardest Boss: Any Seymour but Seymour on Mt. Gagazet is the hardest of the four fights. Made me quit FF X for over a year.....

Oh yeah a thing about Omega weapon in FF8. He was so easy if u just kept up with a little card playing cus if u have irvine u get 99 heros and he was so easy to beat. But, that may be a little cheap.
i dont see why people regard the likes of Ruby and Emerald tough because once you know the strategy to beating them then its just a matter of repeating the same movements over and over until they die. i regard the likes of ultimecia as truly difficult bosses as i fought her with everybody having their best weapon, at lvl99 and having 9999 hp and i still had to think about every move i was making and was on my toes for the whole battle. thats what i consider a challenging battle , with the likes of ruby weapon when you have hp absorb paired with KOTR and keep casting it then the boss poses no threat to you and so cant be deemed challenging

My thoughts pretty much exactly, Ultimecia just annoyed me cause she had that one attack that dropped everyones hps to 0, and talking final bosses yeah Yu Yevon was a pushover. But yeah the optional bosses always were the hardest bosses and made the final bosses seem simple.
If we're talking of final bBoss, only the final boss of Final Fantasy IIIj, Cloud of Darkness (aka Dark Cloud), gave me some problems. I give the 2nd spot to Zeromus of FF4, but he's not really that hard.
Hardest for me is ruby wpn. emerald was easy cuz i killed it in 3-4 turn. (lotsandlots of counter materia, final attack materia,etc...). Easiest for me is vegnagun cuz of over leveled YRP and dark knight dresshpere. .....yep.

Penance is almost impossible to beat. I haven't been able to do it without Zanmato. The dark aeons are also very difficult, even Dark Valifor is stronger than Sin (the final boss of the game).

Note that only one of those bosses is the final Boss in the game, and that is Zeromus, the others are optional.
Ruby and Emerald were much easier than Nemesis. Gettin Break HP Limit really tested my patience. If i didnt have that he'd just one hit kill me with ultraspark :evil: And not to mention armageddon. 99999 damage to the entire party really made me mad when i was first killed by it :evil:
