First of all i wanna say Happy Xmas. Then i would like to ask you guys if you think there would come another FF out that would Continue the FF7 Story, personally i think FF7 was the best FF of all and the best game ever. There has already been made a movie of it. So do you guys think a sequel will be made?
Why welcome to FFE! as for the sequel of FFVII? 0% chance unless SE decides to do it. But look at the bright side, it has a number of spin off title. Crisis Core,Before Crisis,Dirge Of Cerberus and the Directors Cut of AC is coming to the PS3 early next year.
I remember reading somewhere that SE said that they will not be making another FF7 game, although theres still a small chance, but I wouldnt expect it.
Square has 10 more years of plan for the FFVII Series (Yes. Square considers FFVII as an independent series), so we can expect that Advent Children, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus and Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode are not the last in FFVII.
I want a remake!!!!!!! not a sequel XD. Sequels are usually worse than their original titles, they could potentially RUIN the legacy by making FFVII-2 or something like that, instead they are just throwing a number of spin-offs based on it rather than a direct sequel.
I still believe--albeit being optimistically--that the PS3 tech demo with the FFVII intro could/should lead to something... more. I know, I know, it is a long shot, but who knows. Â
