I cannot believe FF7 lost to Ocarina of Time!

Oh my. I cannot believe this... @ GameFAQs' Best Game Ever 2009 polls, Final Fantasy VII is losing (and appears like it is certain already) to Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. :(

FF7-haters are voting in full force! :evil: Just years ago, FF7 won the award. 

I voted for FF7. Don't worry, as long as we know the truth :cry:.

NO this is not cool, i dont even realy like zelda games that much, so i shall go vote for ff7, if u stiill can!! okay well i voted but i had to vote for ff10, its my favorite game ever to bad its gonna lose for sure

Anyway, seriously, I did not really enjoy any Zelda game. I do not really like hack n' slash adventures like that.

Ocarina of Time is one of the best adventure games I have ever played, and FFVII is one of the best RPG's I have ever played. I am incapable of comparing two such games and deciding which one I like more of the two, and therefore am not voting.

Well, I don;t mind that ocariina is winning. :P

but FFVII is also awesome, so I would have been happy if it won.

Honestly, this whole poll was going to end well for me no matter what. 8)  

Well atleast the voting was close. Both are in my top 5 games of all time. So it's really splitting hairs :lol: I voted for FF7 though. But in a way I'm not suprised to see OoT win, think it appealed to more people and like in previous posts all the FF7 haters probably came out and voted for OoT.

On a side note, I was shocked that FFX made it to the final 4! It was 2 FF games and 2 Zelda games. I thought a Mario would have been in there....

Sorry FG, but I'm going to disagree on this one. :P

FFVII is cool, but OOT beats it imo.

imo, OOT got boring too quickly for it to be best game ever... it was awesome at its time but not really worth coming back to imo...kind of like the Super Mario Galaxy of today

As for FFVII, I just love going back but then again I can play FF1 again without being bored

I can tell you own a 360 or PS3 :P As you can see there are more Zelda Fans than MGS and Resident Evil.
