That was an awesome interview. It was interesting to learn that it took him ten minutes to compose one of the most memorable pieces in Final Fantasy, and I also was intrigued by the fact that he wanted to be a professional wrestler when he was growing up. I'm glad he decided to go with music.
I really would have liked to hear Uematsu-san talk (instead of the lady translating, maybe subs?) but other than that, the interview was pretty cool. twilightlullaby
I would have to agree. I've read and watched other interviews with Uematsu but this one was just extra special.
I loved the piece. Always great to see some of the great composers get their due; they are a much larger part of the games than people usually give them credit for!
