Choukyuu Bushin Hakazan aka Super Ultimate War God Champion Slash, or Omnislash. In Advent Children the version of Omnislash is called Omnislash Version 5. It comes from the 5 strikes Cloud uses against Sephiroth.
I always heard that it was call Version 5 cause it was the 5th version that the artist created when then were designing what the Omnislash would look like.
