Theatrhythm

Hi! I joined this union awhile back, but I at the time I had only played a few of the games and wasn't really into the FFs yet. And then that all changed.

Anyway, the point of this thread is, of course, the new game. Its a lot better than I thought it would be. In fact, it's what pushed me to get on here. The only person I can talk to about it is only one person and I would love to see what you guys think.

So my opinion: the game is brilliant. Its fun yet challenging(at times), the music brings me joy, my ability to have a party of who I want from many different games is awesome, the puny little plot made me feel bursts of affection for the its puniness, and it makes me want to collect everything I possibly can.

Anyone agree or disagree? 

I have a 3DS, but playing mostly DS Pokemon games. Maybe I'll give this a shot, but I'm not good with rhythm games... Haven't even finished the first Patapon.Fantasy_Gamer

I almost bought it not too long ago. I had a Target gift card and couldn't find any games I wanted and then I seen FF: Theatrhythm. I was very tempted but then I got too cool for it being that I'm a grown a$$ man and never played a rhythm game before. After much inner self debating, I ended up getting new speakers for my computer...which I needed since I spend a lot of time doing music. But deep down...............I wanted to play with all the funny looking FF characters. Maybe one day.CMakaCreative

I enjoy it a lot. I wish they had Yuna's songs from X-2. They will probably be dlc :PLightning__Evil

I'm hoping they had 1000 words at somepoint. I still don't care for the Chibi style of it but I find it to be an addicting game that I keep coming back to :PLightning__Evil

I hate chibi style graphics but the game has a great song list.

I love the chibi graphics... That's why I love FFVII and FF9. This game is a nice game to pass time.
