What made you buy your first Final Fantasy Game?

I bought my first Final Fantasy because my dad wouldn't so i saved up the money to buy it myself...I was disappointed.  That game was Final Fantasy 8.  To this day, it's still my least liked Final Fantasy. Rongaryen

Are you crazy . GS gives FF8 (9.5) , that will never come from nothing , the game is really Superb , and it's my favorite one , although I have played FF10 .

May be I will change my mind when the English version of FF12 comes out . 

the first final fantasy that bought was x-2.

i bought it because i played ix,x,viii and vii before it. ix was my first but i was bought it and the others were borrowed. i own them now.

i brought FFVIII and that was gonna be a present... but i tested it to make sure it worked and well uh..... IT WAS TO GOOD FOR HIM ANYWAY!

my bro's baught most of them as i never had a job....

but now im making a bit of cash ive been buying them all and line'n them up on me shelf it looks so good!

The first FF game I bought was FFX. I had seen my friend play FFVIII and I loved the story. So that was what made me buy FF games the story. Now I own FF X,VII,I&II advance and Tactics advance. I am looking to own them all one day.Bologa

My friend had FF7 and I ended up getting hooked even though he didn't let me play it allot. I started having FF withdrawal staying up at night thinking about the plot and what would happen next... It was this need to find out what happened next that made me buy a PS1 (the best decision of my gaming life) and a copy of FF7 after that I started following the series and even worked backwards to FF2. ahh happy memories :roll

my parent's friend's daughter had FF8 and i was jelous because the game looks very nice......i recked her cd (she didnt find out it was me who did it) and days later i demanded for a ps2 from my parents with the ff8 game......then when i finished it, i loved it soo much especially the main characters, so i played it again from the very start till end. then i demanded for FFX, FFX-2, FFIX, and i downloaded from the internet ff7.......

Well, I had needed a new game for my PS (all I had was Crash 2) and I saw FFVII....

I'm glad I got it......:D
