It's wierd that Vincent is actually the father of Sephiroth if I'm not mistaken. But they never really had a conversation with each other. Also they are like the coolest characters from FFVII. So what do you think would happen if they met?
IF they fought I think Sephiroth would win. I too have heard that Vincent is Sephiroth's father.....Some people say its true, some people say it isn't. I think he is Sephiroth's father but I guess we'll find out when DoC comes out.

That is not true. Since Hojo says Sephiroth is his son himself, if you read carefully just before you fight Hojo then he makes it clear that he was the father.
Either that or Lucrecia may have been cheating....but then again anything is possible. <.<
Well I dont know about the whole 'I'm your father" stuff, But I'm pretty sure that Vincent is a bit stronger then we think, he's probably as strong as Sephiroth, So the outcome is somewhat inconseivable.
Now I do remember hearing that Vincent is Seph's father, But I dont think its true, if you look at the instruction manual that comes with the game it says that Vincent is only 27, so either that was a typo, or there is no way he is Seph's father.

I've played through DoC and Sephiroth and Vincent aren't related (besides both having Jenova in them). If they did fight, however, as much as I LOVE Vincent, Sephiroth would pwn him. Maybe if Vincent transformed into Chaos and went all crazy like in DoC he'd have a fighting chance, but not much.
