Well, share something, which you think is not very well-known yet in Final Fantasy (gameplay-wise) like tricks or strategies you have.

Personally, I know so many gamers afraid to fight Yans in Finla Fantasy IX. These guys provides the best source of experience in FF9 and are quite deadly for an unprepared party, but I've got quite a good trick in beating them. Two 9999 damage will kill them and here's a list of attacks that can do 9999 to them:

Zidane - Thievery
Vivi - Doomsday
Garnet - Atomos
Steiner - Darkness and Shock
Freya - Dragon Crest
Amarant - ? try throwing any strong weapons
Eiko - ? try Madeen

As in ffX you can summon an aon. What always works when you fight a hard kick ass boss or monster is to cast them right before the enemy takes his turn (the last turn of yuna before the enemy) so they take the deadly blows while your party stays alive. In combination you can also make sure before you fight those bosses is, to have complete full overdrive gauges aons and party members as well. That way you have a huge advantidge. But if you are after the dark aons or nemesis, penance... you won't get any chance if you have not max attributes. Or at least most of them and the best suited weapons to fight the boss or monster.8)
