...do you plan to buy it on PS3 or Xbox 360? (Sorry if this topic was already made in the past) I'm getting it on PS3 for sure because I want one disc and I think that an FF game would be strange on a 360.
I'm waiting to hopefully see some sort of package deal with a PS3+FF XIII. I have a 360, but I kind of want a PS3 and I think I'd rather play FF on the PS3 too... so I'll probably pick up a PS3 at some point and play it on that :D
I'm getting it on PS3, I think if sales on PS3 are outweighed by the ones on Xbox360 Square Enix will go back to thinking in their right minds and keep its exclusiveness, also I'm buying one of those Final Fantasy XIII bundle PS3's because My old PS3 is kind of overheating too much now :@ , it's not as bad now but it will get worse in the future

There is a PS3+FFXIII bundle, it was a ceramic white PS3 slim with a design of lightning on the cover and it comes with game(obviously )
Yeah, I saw the white Lightning PS3, but I don't know if they'll bring it to the states when the game is released; FF generates lots more hype and fanfare over in Asia :|
Ps3 definately, although I will be keeping an eye on achievements on the 360 version encase there aren't Trophies just because I wanna see and do everything and they make it a bit easier

Wha? I thought games like MGS4 and Valkyria Chronicles didn't have them.

They're mandatory as of January 2009. Very few games that came out this year have gotten away with not putting them in.

360. I don't have a PS3, and I don't ever plan on getting one. In fact, the only Sony system I'd be willing to get would be the PSP, and that's just for Dissidia.
I have to agree with you there but i'm glad its going multi-plat because then people who dont have or cant get a PS3 can actually enjoy a Final Fantasy game on a Next-gen console and that is also the reason why Square-Enix wanted it to be multi-plat in the first place so that i wider audience can play their games (and to get money of course) so really i dont think its fair to many Final Fantasy fans who dont have a PS3 to NOT be able to play a new Final Fantasy so that is why i dont get why alot of you are freaking out that its not for PS3 only.

I've heard others say they didn't mind them, but you're the first to see it as a positive. :P I honestly fail to see what's so rewarding about having to get up and change discs. I'd take an achievement or a trophy over that, any day. :P

Well in a game like Final Fantasy VII, you don't have to change discs to backtrack. Bu w/e. I'm sure I'm wrong.Â
