XII definitely had a good ending. It was fast paced and kept you wondering...well...I don't want to spoil it either, but I enjoyed it. It's one of the few endings (that I can remember) that gave some "aftermath" story as to what happened to the characters after a few years had passed.
VIII's was, well, interesting. I still enjoyed it, but I must honestly say, it was the weirdest ending...then again, you have to consider the events that took place late in the game.
It's really hard for me to pin down which one is my most favorite. I don't think there was an ending I didn't like, and I've played most of the games in the series. I even liked the "good" ending of X-2 (haven't seen the "perfect" ending yet).
I found that FFXII had the best ending amongst the rest of the FF games I ever played. It was so cool! It looked like Balthier sacrificed himself to save the other people, but....nevermind, it might be a spoiler. DAMN!! The ending was the best and was the cooollest!! I love FFXII!!cloudstrife145Thanks for the spoiler! FF12 is my favorite FF game so far.
lol tenken...how does it piss you off? cos tidus and auron are gone?? :lol:cloudstrife145
because It was such a sad ending, yet happy at the same time, and i dont like confusion :)
I mean it was sad that Tidus and Auron are gone, but It was meant to be a joyious occasion for the world of spira with the ending of Sin once and for all. Then Yuna made that sad speech, the nwe see the Tidus bubble. I dont know, it left so many questions. I dont even want to talk about X-2

I actually liked FF12 ending is was so awesome a perfect ending.greatfluffy
yehey!! someone agrees with me.
have you played FFXII yet? Surely FFXII has a better ending than those two games.cloudstrife145
sorry, i am already in the final boss fight with Vaine, but haven´t been able to defeat him, because i tried to beat every boss - dungeon in the game without overleveling, so i arrived to the final scene with levels betwen 37-33 and i am now working hard leveling them and obtaining powerfull equipment. When i watch the ff12 ending with my own eyes i will give my opinion. Is it really better than the FF8-10 endings?  Â
I was really absorbed during the ending of FFX, especially with Yuna's enlightening speech of fragmented memories. Perhaps we should learn from her about carrying ourselves forward in this world and yet being able to carry our beloved memories along with us. "Never forget them", just as the summoner Yuna once said.
That is actually a very good point, more people should think that way.I was really absorbed during the ending of FFX, especially with Yuna's enlightening speech of fragmented memories. Perhaps we should learn from her about carrying ourselves forward in this world and yet being able to carry our beloved memories along with us. "Never forget them", just as the summoner Yuna once said.
