why you think x-2 was bad

my guess is that you wanted the sequel to have the magic that the original had.

but it was totally different.

i think that sequels should be similair to the original.

different should come with a new final fantasy.

what do you think.

i agree, i commented in a forum on the same subject and gave loads of reasons but i guess really it wasn't all that bad. Besides they were just trying something different.

It made me angry because it was such a dissapointment and i WANTED it to be good i really did. It's left the final fantasy 10 era on a low and i wanted it to go out with a bang.

In fact i wasnt them to make an ff-x 3 so that the X series will finish on good terms and make it similar to the first one......i really do.....but i think the sales with x-2 discouraged them from that.....but i think it should encourage them to try again! Not give up!

Im currently replaying the game and i just got to ghe start of chapter 5

in my opinion the gameplay isnt that bad but the story is too lighthearted especialy when its compared to FF X if the series was to have another game in the series  it ould have to be in a told in a fashon close to the original although i think that a Prequel for the series could be quite good following Braska maybe or even better a whole new story before the Machina war could be fantastic

I felt the charlie's angels-like aproach to be a disgusting reach from the series... It was a failed attempt at trying to be too cool.

Although I highly disliked much of the plot and character spins, I did like playing it. I like the mission setup, although I like other Final Fantasy setups a lot better. It wasn't a horrible game untill you notice it is a Final Fantasy.... For FF, it was bad... overall, it was a pretty good game.

the cutscenes are really good....especially the beggining......but i kinda didnt like the fact that yuna changed from being cute to being hot and sloty....zero_cool098

Like another user said, FFX-2 STRONGLY reminded me of charlie's angels.

Thank you, I wasn't sure anyone understood my comparison to the charlie's angels. I despised the new movies and thats all the game made me think about when they would do those childish cutscenes and lined up the three.

I knew that I wasn't the only one that saw the comparison to charlie's angels. I made an AMV parody it last year. It didn't fall too far from the real movie either. lolz
