Would you like a final fantasy fighting game

It will play like super smash brothers. It will have a main character from every final fantasy with some main villians and sometimes non main characters. There will be key scene stages in the game, As well as reconiseiable items that cane be used. The battle system will be just like smash simple but effective. Would you get it if was made.

Um.... I would have the fear that it would probably end up as a cheap knock-off of SSB games and turn out pretty bad..... But it would still be cool to have Cloud face againced Kain and such:P

The idea of a Final Fantasy fighting game sounds interesting enough but, I have a feeling, the making of a FF fighting game could easily take away from other FF games. If they change direction with FF games and change them completely into fighting games... I will stop playing video games and become a banker. I would be that upset.Akbip

Thy don't they put all the characers in Final Fantasy (the playable and prominent ones), and make Dissidia the fighting/party game with the largest amount of playable characters? That would be a great marketing strategy.

Who wants to play as an oglop Cid (FF9)? :P How about as a moomba? Haha. I've tried being a Chocobo in Tobal. Using Palom and Porom seems cool, too! Well, I'm only wishing.

I was actually thinking of the Ice Climbers, but I forgot about them. :P But, yeah. lol Their magic is luck-based. :P

I guess Square-Enix doesn't want too many clones.

Personally, I don't really care about the minor characters, but I hope some special characters will be included, such as Ramza or Lightning and the prince from FFXIII and FFvsXIII, respectively. Or maybe an icon of the series, such as Mog (or just a regular moogle), a chocobo or maybe even Cid, who can transform into every one of his incarnations. :P

Also the stages will be taken from key scenes from the games. There will be the creater from ff7 the guarden from ff8 ectEmperorZeruel

Memoria (the last place in IX) would be a cool stage, and also the Gold Saucer! :D

I'd fancy seeing an Ff fighting game, if Square enix ever does consider one. It would be a unique addition to the franchise and also get a chance to get characters from different FF series to work under one project.

The second consideration is what kind of fighting game will it be. Can it be like the style adopted by the smash mario bros or the more serious type like the tekken/soul calibre series. This would be fitting as most characters such as Cloud, Auron, Squall have weapons and many others are equipped with magic and other interesting abilities. It would be interesing how Sqaure enix would come up with the final character draft noting that there are many popular characters in the franchise.
