I personally have to choose the I love them all because the new ones are amazing, but I still love the older ones. What's everyone's opinion on this (and the fact that they turned the old ones into AIRSHIPS lol)
Although Zeramus along with some of the other new summons are interesting, I can't do anything but reject their presence when making a simile between them and our past summons like Bahamut and Leviathan, which are my favourite summons btw. :)
I never used summons in FFXII, it was totally useless, much like the espers in FFVI. I mean, you could use em, but really you're better off just doing what you've been doing. I think FFIV and FFIX to an extent were the ony Final Fantasy games where I actually put good use to summons.
I hate the designs for both X and XII(here at least as they are new they are not that bad). And I cant stand with the fasct that the classics were removed. My favorites sets came in IV(summons having ranks between them, like Leviathan was the king, Asura was the queen and Bahamut being the god) and VIII(with Shiva, Ifrit, Leviathan, Diablos, Bahamut)
i'm STILL waiting for FFXII to come out so i haven't even been able to use them yet >_> i think i'll probably prefer the old classics tho still...or at least i will for a while...
