Maybe it's just around here, but does anyone still play the GBA? And to be more specific, does anyone still play Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, etc? The older ones. I'm just curious to know if anybody still does. Especially with Diamond and Pearl.
I don't play the older Pokemon games because I've already beat them andthey wouldn't work in my DS anyways. I do make great use of the DS's GBA slot though. There's still about 30 GBA games I plan on playing.
Picked up a Game Boy Advance SP today. Looking forward to playing all the Final Fantasy games when I find them. Love the way it plays my Pokemon Red GBC game.
I play more GBA than any other system. Not much of a Pokemon fan, although I do have Emerald. Playing through A Link to the Past, Final Fantasy VI and Ninja Five-O right now for the GBA. The GBA is one of the most underrated systems of all time in my opinion. The size and scope of it's game collection have yet to be matched by any other Nintendo console, including the NES.
I still play the GBA, and also use my GC (with Game Boy Player) to play GBA games. I really enjoy Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga,Mega Man Battle Network 3: Blue Version, Mega Man & Bass, Wario Land 4, etc., etc.
i still play metroid, castlevania, fire emblem, and final fantasy on the gba, there all awesomeShirokani
I say yes to Castlevania definitely. It is one of few games I still play from time to time on the GBA.
And in response to all the people who don't play Pokemon: Is it because it's more for little kids or just that it got really rediculous with all the "new" pokemon and countries you could visit? That last part was the main turnoff for me.
i play emerald and im hoping to get diamond/pearl w/e one. but i used to play silver and all the others i was rly good but now that i look at them the graphics are so cheapand stuff like in silver/gold you cant even run :/

I still play my Yellow and Silver, but I usually use the Transfer Pak and N64. I had about a week where I didn't play Diamond, so I played Silver. I occasionally use my SP for my old GB/GBC games, but I mostly use it for Gamecube connectivity.
