No. If FFVII was to be released on any handheld platform, it would most likely be the PSP.LordelX
graphics wouldn't work on the ds
I didnt mean the actual psone game, I mean like make a ff7 especially for gba, like kingdom hearts chain of memories for example.BFKZThat’s still a “no.” There would be no reason for Square Enix to make a downgraded, lower quality version of FFVII. Let’s remember that KH: Chain of Memories is NOT a remake of the PS2 game. It was entirely different, and it while it was (in my opinion) an enjoyable game, it didn’t make a big impact like KH1 did. Likewise, making an entirely new version of FFVII would serve very little purpose. Surely it would attract FF fans all over, but would it really be the same? Toned down graphics? Toned down soundtrack? How would they use the animated cutscenes from the original? I imagine the translation wouldn’t be the same either. The game made such a big impact on FF fans everywhere not only because of the amazing storyline and characters, but because it made excellent use of the PS1 capabilities. While, I’m sure, every fan of FFVII would love to see a portable version of the game, it certainly wouldn’t be downgraded to fit the GBA. It would do Square Enix no good. :/
Yes and it's simple. cut 2/3 of the game length down, cut down 85percent of the graphics, abit of tweaking to the music and reduce the size of the map and you have final fantasy 7 on the GBADr-Doctor
Exactly.
Wont ever happen, in any way. At most, it might be ported to the DS or PSP.
The only reason I say DS is because Square might want to sell it on a System where it can sell.
