Alright, here goes. My problem is I can't find Lorelei. I got the ruby for the big machine on Island one in the Pokemon Center. I alsobeat the Elite Four for the 1st time and caught the three birds. Also, I went to Icefall Cave and got HM07 Waterfall. I went up the waterfall there and Lorelei is supposed to be there battling a couple of rockets, but she isn't. Also, I don't have access to Dotted Hole because there's someone standing in front of there and I know I'm supposed to use cut to open it. Also, when I go back to the Indigo Plateau, there's a woman standing in front of the place where I'm supposed to go to take on the first guy of the Elite Four and Gary. She says that I have wasted my time coming because Lorelei isn't here.If there is anyone who knows what I'm talking about please reply and thank you for reading this long message. I think it is the longest one I have ever posted.
After going up the waterfall, did you go down the ladder that's there? Lorelei isn't at the top of the waterfall. She appears when you go down the ladder that leads to the previously inaccessible area to the left just inside the second entrance of the ice cave. Hope that helps.
