I don't think it's a joke, but I'd like to know how they can take a game, translate it, and then sell it. They mention that they will never offer "illegal downloadable ROMs", but if they haven't been licensed to sell/modify the game, they're doing something more illegal than offering ROMs - they're making money from it. Anyways, the last update was March 25. Seems a little elaborate for an April Fool's joke.
