there is a little story but it is the same as the first nes one and you can understand it by the cutscenes it is a great game though one of my favorite gba games
I saw a cheap version but its japanese. Is that allright or do i require english to understand the story?

You kinda do need english to be able to tell what the weapons are, what they do etc.. I would really recommend buying the english version A.S.A.P. even if it does cost a little more.
