Haha I've seen more imbalanced, like a Charizard lvl 70+ and the rest lvl 20+... but that level won't do for E4, you'll get slaughtered, especially since you picked Venusaur.
Of course you could just train the rest up for like a week, then you should be alright. Otherwise you're pretty screwed. I'd train the rest up if I were you, I week isn't THAT long so it's worth it if you want to beat the game. Or you could just start again...
If this is your first time though the game, Venasaur was a bad choice as Squirtle is the best for people new to the world of Pokemon, if you are detirmined to carry on with Venasaur catch the Legendary birds as they are DEFINITELY needed for the Elite 4. If you can't catch them train your other Pokemon up against trainers again using the VS. Seeker.
