how come i couldnt catch a moltres, i threw a ultra ball n it keeps missin even when his hp was all the way dn, how do u catch it?

by as many of the best balls as posible and weaken it a lot make it sleep then keep throwing remember its legendary plus this was the best game ever

Lower his HP to the red zone. Paralyze/Sleep are your best options since they are usually easy to inflict. Throw many Ultra Balls until you catch him. And then go to the store and buy a DS and a copy of Pokemon D/P.gacs_25

He dosn't have too D/P sucked in my opinion.

moltres was very hard to catch

Save before battling. Beat the crap out of it, 'till it's the lowest it could possibly go in the Red Zone. Put it to Sleep/Paralyze. Then chuck Ultra balls until caught.WSGRandomPerson

Exactly. Keep in mind it all comes down to luck. It's possible to catch it at full health with a single Pokeball. That's insanely unlikely, but possible.
