BEat Pikachu with a rock.

Charizard with lapras.

you need a fighting type to beat snorlax.

A thunder type to beat blastoise (or grass)

Espeon and venasuar caan be easily beaten with typlosion.

My team was gravler, Feraligator. Pegiot, Machoke, Lugia and Ho-oh

Well, this battle doesn't have to be all that hard. Make sure to come with plenty revives andmax/ hyper potions and full restores. You should be able to take his charizard down with lapras easy. Also, don't fret much with pikachu. While it has a high level it's stats are weak. Pumel it with about anything and it will be dead in 5 seconds flat. The biggest problem for me was snorlax. He can be tough. If you have a fighting type pokemon then use it and pummel him down quick. If you have a dark type pokemon ( Houndoom or Tyranitar suggested), you can take down espeon easy. I would also recommend leveling up your guys a bit more. Have at least one level 75 + who can take on most of his guys if worse comes to worse. For me, I had a Typhlosion level 75 the first time ( actually I had silver version but they're basically the same). Anyways, I was able to take down his pikachu, espeon, venasaur and charizard with this one guy. Another strategy as well, is to try and get guys to learn TM moves. If you can get one of your guys to learn Thunder, one to learn a fighting move, etc. it should work out fine.
