In no particular order, the Castlevania games are awesome. The Super Mario Advances are also very good. We can't forget about the Zelda games. I am also fond of the Final fantasy games.
There are so many awesome games for GBA. Here are some; The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Mario Advance 4, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Golden Sun (Best handheld RPG ever), Golen Sun: The Lost Age, Yoshi's Island, FF Tactics Advance, Fire Emblem, and any Pokemon game.

Mario and Luigi Super star Saga, Astro Boy, Mario Kart probably, Golden Suns, Final Fantasy's, Metroid Fusion???(not my opinion but...) Castlevania... I missed out on a lot of games for GBA. Loved what I played and those were first ones i remembered.
