where is deoxis?(maybe spoilers)

Kidding, about deoxys there are a lot of rumors of how catching them, all of them are related to the space center, some say you have to get eon ticket and talk to the guy at the space center, i don't know if there is any of these that are true, i think most (or all) are fakes, but as far i know, the only official way (without using codes) to get it is by one of these nintendo special events.

I never seen this 1% fuel rocket before, i think it doesn't exist, since the 1% that the guy at the space center talks about is about failfure on the launch and not about fuel.

you're right about deoxys. but jirachi is jsut through that special offer colleseum CD for GC. which you don't even have to catch it. you just leave an empty space in your party and presto-chango!
