I used to, but I got used to them in just a few days. The only problem I have now is the controls for running. But you don't need to run all the time, so it's not really a big deal.

 The reason I never like Metriod Prime was because of the crappy control scheme, I hate any first person shooter that requires me to auto-aim.Sparky04
2 problems with that statement, 1) Its not a FPS and 2) you are not required to use auto-aim, though it makes the game next to impossible if you don't.
I don't see the reason for so many complaints, I haven't played many FPS but I think the controls are perfect, if the problem is the auto-aim I think that nobody would be able to finish that game without it, you need to use it.
Metroid prime got perfect controls, cant be better on console. This game is my best game all time, i was worried first when they moved metroid from 2D to 3D. Damn i will never forget first time i started play it, never been so happy ever over a game.
Only annoying with Metroid prime is that i beated it so many times i miss the feeling i had first time i played it^^
