They don't manufacture the Gamecubes anymore. However they're still possible to find new in shops (specialized or not).

For the price, I see prices around 70-100$ for a new Cube, and 50 or less for a used one. At this point, I would suggest you get a huge package with all the controllers or special parts you need for it because I think it'll be getting harder to find as more and more people will buy the Wii and want to discover what they missed with the previous console generation (i.e. they'll want to discover the games of the Gamecube, the neglected console of the 2002-2006 period).

ditto to the guy above, 70-99 for a new one, which you can still get at any large retailer (Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc) and they are now49 bucks used at Gamestop, though of course you can always find better deals at smaller shops, ebay, or the classifieds.

yeah, they gaurantee it or money back of course. They have a diagnostic machine they test used systems on when they buy them back to make sure they're in good condition.

i was at walmart today in socal and they had probably around 10 for $79. also gamecubes and nintendo systems in general are very durable so i would go ahead and buy a used one if you can find a good deal. gamecubes are so reliable that as long as it works when you first get it, i would bet it will work nearly for ever.

They still sell Gamecubes in Gamestop. But they currently aren't making new Gamecube games right now. :D

They aren't making new GC games, but they still manufacture the GC system so it's still easy to find. :)
