Yeah. Many people would say F-Zero GX is the best racing game on the GameCube. If it isn't, it's pretty close to it. With F-Zero GX, you're getting a great racing game. I'll also tell you to be prepared for a challenge, as this is one of the toughest games you'll play, but I mean that in a good way. Chances are that you'll be pleased with what you get.
It is pretty tough at first, but (at least for me) it was pretty easy to get use to. I'm pretty sure you won't have a time to play it, but it's a blast to play some multiplayer with friends and the story mode isn't all that bad either. I'd say to pick it up ;)
Depends on how much you get it for. If its any less than $20 (and I think it's Players Choice, so it will be), then go for it. I found it enjoyable, but it wasn't worth any more than $20.

Get it. F-Zero has great graphics and is REALLY fun to play. It's awesome in mulitplayer mode. I really wanted that game to be online..even if it was on the Cube. It would have ROCKED if it were online.

If you enjoy racing games then you will enjoy this. It's fast paced and a bit hard in places but has got some of the best looking graphics for the Gamecube. Sega did a great job bringing a Nintendo series over to the cube.
YES. It's the best and one of the longest-running Nintendo racing series there is. The graphics are awesome, the racing is tight and severely challenging.. and it's eight bucks used. Buy it before it becomes harder to find, fool!

GX has five cups with four difficulty settings (each cup contains 5 tracks), a story mode with three difficulty settings and 9 missions, 41 unlockable pilots and machines (I think), plenty of unlockable machine parts which can be used to make custom vehicles, unlockable staff ghosts, and ending movies for all the characters.
