Is Zelda: TP an essential purchase?

"Twilight Princess" is definately a must have title in my opinion.

As for wether its better or worse than WindWaker, that is a purely subjective opinion that you can make for yourself. Trust me, its worth finding out, because whichever one you decide is better, you still have two great games.

It's a must buy. The Gamecube version is great. Don't listen to the haters, just don't expect anything other than a Zelda game.

At ferst its a good game but as you get deeper into it it begins to reflect other Zelda games and the puzzels such as there are, are just too easy
