I did get them from Gamestop. In F-Zero, you race at really fast speeds against 29 other racers.  In Battalion Wars, I haven't played the game yet, but I believe you have battles with military machines familiar to Advance Wars.

I mean there's not much to say to that. F-Zero is $7.99 used and Battalion Wars is $9.99 new at GameStop and EB Games, so that's just not an earth-shattering deal. Suppose I could say that F-Zero is a great game, but most people who have played it know that.

I just got a great deal too! I went to MacDonalds and upsized my fries for 49 cents.

honestly, I don't mean to be rude and I'm just being silly, but you didn't really get a great deal, you got the deal that everyone gets.

If you really want to criticize my topic, then go do that somewhere else.  I know you said that I should have fun with my games, but I thought people like you would be a little bit nicer about it instead of saying "what are we supposed to say?"  If you're going to say that, go say it somewhere else.  I just wanted to say that I got a better deal than those people who got the game when it was released for $50, but I just guess it wasn't a good idea after all because I guess it's not special to anyone.  I guess this also applies to TheKungFool, too, because he doesn't really seem to care about my buy either.  If you don't care about it, then don't post.

To serve what purpose? If I payed $50 for something, why would I be happy you want to throw your $7 purchase in my face? Besides, everyone who buys a pre-owned copy of a three year old game got a better deal than those who bought it brand new at the time of release. So basically, you just chimed in to let us all know you're one of the ten million people who know how to find a gamestop or blockbuster locatation.

On the contrary, I'm glad you're enjoying the games you got, and I hope you have a special time with them. I just think its pointless to brag about getting the average deal that anyone can get.

Yeah, you're right about the idea of not starting the topic and it being pointless to "brag" about the purchase.  Let's just call it a truce and pretend this topic doesn't exist.  I guess I didn't really have a better idea of a topic so I just blurted out a bunch of words and thus created one of the worst topics in history.

Don't take it too personally BowserJr, I don't think anyone was being mean intentionally, just maybe silly and sarcastic.

It is nice to see a new face on the boards, and this was hardly the worst topic ever. Anyhow, enjoy those games, and hopefully I'll seeya round the boards friend.
