I picked up this game at my local superstore for $10.  I thought how can I go wrong?  It's cheap, if it sucks, oh well.  I'm out $10 bucks.

After playing it now, I would have payed full price.  Seriously.  One of the extremely rare games that I have ever said was worth every single penny, and maybe more.

Not for everyone, I know, but if there ever was a case for video games as an art, this is one of the best arguments I have ever seen.

It's a shame Clover had to close down, but maybe that was for the better cause now there is Seeds!  I am really looking forward to their next project.

For the record, this game has made me neglect my 360 completely, and the only reason I have been playing my Wii, is to play Killer 7.  (Not that there is anything wrong with the Wii lineup!  This game is that good.)

Wasn't Killer7 made by Goichi Suda, and isn't he the guy working on No More Heros for the Wii?

Yea Killer7 is f***ing awesome! I bought it for like $10 a couple months ago when i couldn't find a wii.  Definitely one of the most interesting games I've ever played, and great artistic style.  I still actually have not finished it because I've been playing the wii, but i will sometime.

I paid the full $50 for it  a little after it came out, and I wasn't even mad when it went down to $30 not long after.

I heard that the PS2 version had longer loading times and the graphics were slightly less clear than on the cube version.

Killer 7 was an experience to play on the cube but it wasn't perfect. It's one of the few games where you have to play again just to work out what's going on.

I agree, though I'm not sure what that has to do with my comment.

Aye, but the differences were negligible in the end. It still doesn't have anything to do with its rarity.

Yes, Killer 7 is awesome. It's expensive where I live, though. :( I wish I could get it for 10 bucks..

Haha, one of the few examples that proves the PS2 is weaker than the GC.  Unlike RE4 (which was totally optimized for both systems) Killer 7 had no difference between the two except the slight advantage on graphics on GC and the quicker pointing on the GC controller.  Hence the extra .3 score

Sorry for pulling this from the review, but I simply cannot find this game!

Easily my favourite game of last gen - I'm glad I bought it, day of release, full price.
It's almost mandatory, for anyone who thinks that video games are an artform, to play this.

I was skeptical about this game and I actually didn't get too far the first time I played. But then I beat it... 5 times. I also bought a second copy in case the first broke.
