PM TTYD is one of the best RPG's of the last gen imo. FFCC would be a better choice though if you have 3 friends to play withat all times. And they all need Gamboys and cables. Go with TTYD, it's alot less work, and it's a really great game.
I would have to say Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Although I don't know whether Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is an entertaining game or not and whether it's a player's choice or not, I am very certain that Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door will provide the entertainment you need as a player's choice game.
Paper Mario TTYD is the choice for you. It's one of the best rpgs for the Cube. FF Crystal Chronicles is really only worth it if you have 3 friends with GBAs.
They're both very respectable games, but unless you've got friends with GBAs, go with Paper Mario TTYD, which is much more entertaining as a single player experience.
chrystal chronicles didnt end up being too good, its kinda annoying solo play and with other ppl you need the gba and a cable, which is beyond annoying. hopefully they fix this problem with chrystal chronicles for the wii
