I enjoyed Paper Mario more, despite how it could drag on in spots. Iliked Tales of Symphonia a lot, but there was something about it that I didn't like. I don't really know the word to describe it is, maybe sloppy sort of in the presentation. I can't exactly put my finger on it.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is much better than Tales of Symphonia.
Although the first Paper Mario is far superior to the both of them. :P
never played paper mario but personally i think that tos is the best RPG ever made, i absolutely love it.
I've played both games and loved them; butI actually preferToS.
I'm still playing it now, and Ihave to say that I'm addicted tothis one!! I never get bored training =P
The heaviness of Paper Mario's drop from playability after the main storyline and the pit of 100 trials makes it suck.
Tales of Symphonia is a game easily playable for perhaps 1000 hours before the presentation starts to age.
MrAran
Urgh, Gosh.. that is so true!! It wastiresome =S
I like Paper Mario more, I like how it's really light-hearted and funny.mac906
You could actually say the same thing about Symphonia, though it also had many serious moments.
I personally prefer Symphonia because I really enjoy the combat system and the replay value is insane with the grade system.
