There is an outside chance the Wii version of RE4 may bring it to the heights of Metroid Prime, but it will have to be near perfect to get there. And thats not important here, because that version won't be on GC.

1.RE4(I prefer the GC version it runs smoother looks better and you can see the lazer alot better, but the PS2's extras are nice.)

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess probably would have been on the list, but I haven't actually played it yet. And besides, it came a bit too late into the console's lifespan for it to be truely memorable as a GameCube title. Instead, it's more like a sign off note.
