For some reason I didn't get any noteable GC games when I owned a GC other than Resident Evil 4 and SSX 3.  Now that I have a wii,(and GC games are starting to become harder to find) I think going to by some.  I think I'm going to get Viewtiful Joe 2, Killer 7, and F-Zreo GX all used for $25 from GameStop.  Is that thats a good deal?
I think that I'm going to say away from Windwaker because I'm alittle Zelda'ed out after playing TP.  Also I'm not going to get Metroid because I'm planing on getting MP3 for the wii.  I'll think about getting WW or MP if someone can convince me to.

Well I'm not really sure why Metroid Prime 3 on the Wii would make you forget about playing the ones on the cube. They are incredible games, even by today's standard. They're frighteningly atmospheric, they totally suck you in and make you feel both so incredibly powerful and so very alone. If you're the kind of guy that likes to get LOST in what you're playing, you cannot go wrong with Metroid Prime.

OK, maybe I'll look into it.  Should I get MP 1 or 2?  I know MP1 scored a higher score.  Did MP2 score lower because it was too much of the same?

i haven't played much of Metroid Prime 2 but it looks much the same as the original in terms of gameplay. It would probably be best if you started with the original.

Great choices (F-Zero GX is really hard though), I would get MP since I have seen it for only like $4 used at EB..and did you mean GameStop?

Both are great, but definitely start with Prime, just feels better and fits more in witht eh metroid universe. MP2 is just as good, and has some terrific bosses

You really have to own at least the first Metroid Prime, and it's seriously a shame if you don't own both 1 & 2, but then at least your soul isn't instantly doomed. F-Zero and Killer7 are very strong pick-ups, though I could live without the Viewtiful Joe action. Yeah, good buy on your part.

Very good deal. I can't find Killer 7 anywhere. :( I have found it used for about 65 bucks, but that's it.

Great deal. Also, you should get Wind Waker and the previous Metroid's. You can just put Zelda/Metroid on the shelf for a bit.

You should check out Wind Waker. Even though you say you're done with Zelda for a while, Wind Waker is quite different than the average Zelda game that you'll be drawn in.

That's a good deal. But I would still get Metroid Prime and Windwaker. Simply because these are two classics and, if you're realizing now that you missed some good Gamecube games, these two will haunt your dreams in a few years. Get them while you still can for a very cheap price. Oh, and don't overlook Eternal Darkness. Don't pay a fortune for that, but if you can find it for less than 15$, give it a try.

I highly recommend at least the first Metroid Prime; it's one of the best games I ever played- 2 was also really good. Those are good deals at gamestop. If you do not have to run out your door to buy games immediatetly, I would suggest eBay for GC games. I won RE4 and Paper Mario for $9.50 and $9.00 (not including like $3 shipping and handling for each). These were both cheaper than gamestop but it takes time for the auctions to end and then for the games to ship to you. Just a thought. I am also getting more GC games now since I got the Wii than when I owned just a GC.

Yeah, pretty good deals, especially MP. But don't get WW if you liked the old 3D ones/ TP, because WW pales in comparison.

Get the original MP for sure, and you may want to get WW now as you can still find it cheap. MP2 is another good choice, and Paper Mario:TTYD. Sounds like a great deal though!

honestly I havent played those games for the gamecube but you might wanna at least just pick a copy of Metroid prime though and if your into zelda just for kicks get the Legend Of Zelda Four Swords Adventure, its like a mix of a like to the past and 3-d graphics which is really great.  And if you can get your hands on a copy of Metal Gear Solid The Twin snakes, its an updated version of the playstation version that came out in 1998 i think but with a stronger storyline which is jaw-dropping for the gamecube

Pretty good deal.

Btw, should you run into either Tales of Symphonia or Fire Emblem: PoR for a sweet price (~20$ used? They're fairly new.), I'd buy them if I were you. Fire Emblem isn't THAT long if you're good at strategy games, but both are pretty solid games, especially Tales of Symphonia.
