Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. I think that both of the other games were terrible. It should be noted though, that if you do not like the Lord of the Rings films...you probably won't enjoy this hack and slash based on them.

I didn't like any of those, but if forced to pick one, it'd be LOTR: Two Towers, which is the best game of that bunch.  That said, if you're a LOTR fan, I personally think "LOTR: Third Age" has more to offer, but its an rpg as opposed to hacker.

Yeah, out of the bunch, two towers. True Crime is just terrible and Dead to Rights is just ok...

True Crime is a crappier version of GTA.

The game is short too, the missions are short and they suck.
Gets boring after the first few days you play it.

Mines still on my shelf, hasn't been played since 2 years ago.

I really don't know which to recommend to you. Two Towers was pretty sloppy and can get hard in some areas. I'd go for Dead to Rights.

I will choose Two Towers in this case, I actually have it and I can tell you it won't dissapoint you. But if you have chance you should try "Third Age" as well.

Streets of LA has terrible controls and a stupid story

LoTRs Two Towers is a generic hack and slasher

Dead to Rights is actually really fun, kinda generic rip off of Max Payne, but I still had alot more fun with it than the other two...

That's a tough one. I own all three of the games you listed, and none of them are my favorite, or close to it. Two Towers is just mindless button-mashing with some cutscenes taken right out of the movie thrown in. If that sounds cool, go for it, it probably has the best quality of production out of the bunch. True Crime had very sloppy controls, particularly when it came to driving and shooting, which kept it from being a solid game. However, the fighting sequences were pretty entertaining to me, and the occasional stealth mission was entertaining, although I don't know why. I really dislike Dead to Rights, the plot alone was enough to turn me off, nevermind the gut-wrenchingly repetitive gameplay (shoot-shoot-shoot-shoot SHOOT. SHOOT! Okay, get ammohcrap SHOOOOT!!!), and I thought the graphics were really questionable. But some of the gameplay elements where you slow down time or take human shields, while not original, may appeal to you. I don't know, it's pretty much pick your poison with these three. I can't really say which one I'd recommend, gonna have to go with your gut. Or save the five bucks. Yeah, that's what I'd do.

I used to love Two Towers, but it's not that good of a game. Dead to Rights is medioce at best, and True Crime is BAD.

LoTR is surprisingly very good. I picked it up yesterday after i traded it years ago and it still is very very fun even after getting new systems and etc.
