I'd have to say Sonic Mega Collection and LoZ: Wind Waker.

SMC, because it brings back to life the games that time forgot. As an avid Sonic games fan, I was pleased to see that they had re-released the best games of my childhood. Wind Waker because I'm also a fan of LoZ, and though cell shaded graphics kind of put a downer on the game, its still fun to play. One of the reasons I'm displeased about not findingLoZ:TP on the GameCube.. really wanting to see if it is an awesome game.

 I've very few GC games, so don't be surprised about the small list of faves. XD

Um, I really think there are better games out on 'cube than Simpsons Hit and Run but that is just my humble opinion.

Well, hands down it has got to be Metroid Prime for me - the world is so well realised, with so much depth and so many rewards hidden everywhere.

Resdient Evil 4 and Tales Of Symphonia are my other choices :)

Yeah I agree, Hit and Run isn't gonna go down in history as a gaming classic. I also think that Metroid Prime rules, my brother has it and it's awesome. Finally, yes, Tales of Symphonia rules, if I had a gaming list it would be in the top 10.

Hit and Run was average, but I'm sorry...Metroid Prime! Such an fantastic game :) 

And thank the heavens that someone actually agrees with me on Tales Of Symphonia! My mates absolutely despise the game (making the obvious comparisons with FFX and such like) but I personally found it to be a rollercoaster ride of emotions :p

Another underrated Gamecube gem has got to be Baten Kaitos.

Wow, those sure are some awful games you have listed there. I would go back and play a real GameCube game. Anyway...

But there are so many other good games, the GC was really underrated.
