I just finished playing 007 GoldenEye and Medal of Honour Underground, man I was shocked to see that Medal of Honour Underground on my PSX had better framerate than 007 GoldenEye on my N64. I never noticed it this until now.Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this too?

Maybe so, but that's because Goldeneye was released in 1997 and Medal of Honor: Underground was released in 2000.

Goldeneye is still comfortably the most enjoyable game of the two.

I have always enjoyed playing Goldeneye the most out of the two.

Your reasoning doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Turok was released in 1997 and ran smoother than either of the two. Goldeneye was never a great performer in the frame rate department, nor was Perfect Dark.
