1080i or 720p?

I'm unsure of which setting to put my TV at - would one be better over the other? I have a 26" Vizio LCD TV btw.

Alot of people say its all in my head, but I think 1080i looks very fuzzy and gives me a headache :(.

Your television also isn't that big, so 720p would be fine. I run 720 on my 37 inch and it looks great.

Go for 720p. It'll give you more viewing pleasure.
