Wolfenstein 3D on the SNES though the SNES version really sucks.

Super Mario Kart on the SNES

Panorama Cotton for the MegaDrive/Genesis though I never played it so I don't know if it's good or not.

neildneil

No, Donkey Kong uses CG images pasted over 2d sprites to give it a 3d look.

Mario Kart isn't true 3d either. It doesn't render any actual 3d polygons. I don't know about Wolfenstein though.

Some others that used the Super FX chip that I'm not familiar with:

Dirt Racer (Europe)

Winter Gold/FX Skiing

Nope, F-Zero on SNES uses the Mode 7 technique, same as Mario Kart and many others. No real 3D, just an illusion.

Yeah, that brings back some memories. I loved virtua racing back then (played a lot of it in the arcades). And Starfox blew my mind when it was released (althoug it didn't age well, it still holds a place in my heart :P).

Nice video, keep it going!

The roms for that game are all busted (not that I condone their use ;)), but I found a copy for $4 at a local store. It's just like I remembered except it takes about 10 minutes to beat the championship then your done. It does have tag though.
