Alot of people still play halo2. They will allways play it. I don't play it anymore, cause of people who mod it. CS still gets playes, but not like halo does. If you don't have a credit card, you can use a check card. res0i39cWhat's a check card?

like an ATM card that can be used as a credit card but it's tied in directly to your checking account's balance instead of using the credit system.
1. What does it cost? 2. Where do I find the cards (like Xbox Live Gold Membership cards) that'll hook me up? 3. Are any servers still up? ie: Halo, Counter strike. 4. How exactly does it work? Can someone explain it well for me please?zeppelin_64
1. I believe it's 60 dollars a year.
2. For the original Xbox you needed to go out and actually buy cards and starter kits. Now with enhanced live features on 360 you can order it right off the menu and go through some steps. I payed with a credit card.
3. Hellz yeh the servers are still up. They'll always be up. Just in some games there are less players than others. Like in Unreal Tournament 2 there would be around maybe 50-100 playing at one time while Halo 2 has like a couple of thousand. People are switching from H3 back to 2. People like me. :D
4. You pay, get a way to connect your internet to your Xbox (ex. router) and just play. It's actually all very simple.
