I'll post my own list in a little bit after I think about it.

NES: Â Batman Return of the Joker looked great for a NES game.
SNES: Megaman X3. Â Loved the sprites and just everything. Â Runner up would be Super Metroid.
N64: Ogre Battle 64
GC: Â Starfox Adventures.
GB: Can't remember.
GBC: ^
GBA: Megaman Zero series had some amazing boss sprites and stuff. Â Loved it. Sh!t forgot about Golden Sun too. Â Can't decide between these two.
NES: Hard to choose.. I really liked the look of Mario Bros. 3 and Little Nemo.
SNES: Super Metroid
N64: Ocarina of Time (or MM)
GC: Super hard to choose. Wind Waker, MP2: Echoes, Starfox Adventures, FF: Crystal Chronicles.. yeah.
GB: I liked SML2: 6 Golden Coins
GBC: Don't remember really. Maybe Donkey Kong Contry.
GBA: Metroid Fusion
NES - Battletoads
SNES - Donkey Kong Country 3
N64 - Donkey Kong 64
NGC - Starfox Adventures (Resident Evil lacks color)
GB - Wario Land
GBC - The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Ages
GBA - Golden Sun
Â
Wii - Super Mario Galaxy 2
DS - Bowser's Inside Story
Â
imo
I'm thinking about replacing Golden Sun with Minish Cap for the most appealing GBA visuals to me.
The game just looks so charming.
But it's not an easy choice to just pick a victor anyway. (altho the thread originally allowed for more options)
Gunstar Heroes is pretty impressive for gba, IMO.I'm thinking about replacing Golden Sun with Minish Cap for the most appealing GBA visuals to me.

Astro Boy is too.
GBA has quite a lot of good-looking games.

As far as DS goes, I liked the look of Super Princess Peach and Yoshi's Island DS.
The 3D games on the DS never "clicked" with me because of a lack of texture filtering which made all textures pixelated up-close. (altho the lack of filtering was not so apparent on the small screen, but still)
But if I had to pick the best-looking 3D DS game (to me), I'd probably go for the both Zelda games.
edit: oh, and the Advance Wars games looked pretty good too to me.
NES: Blaster Master, River City Ransom, Super Mario Bros. 1-3
SNES: Donkey Kong Country 1-3, Super Metroid, Yoshi's Island
N64: Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Conker's BFD, Paper Mario, Perfect Dark
GC: Metroid Prime 1-2, REmake, RE4, Wind Waker
GB/GBC: Donkey Kong Country, Dragon Warrior III, Link's Awakening DX, Metal Gear Solid, Wario Land 3
GBA: Astro Boy, Golden Sun, Mario vs DK, Mega Man Zero, Tactics Ogre
